How To Order

Step 1
Email to dazzboutique@gmail.com with the following format:

Step 2
Once your order has been received, a confirmation e-mail to be sent to your e-mail address together with payment details.

Step 3
Bank in or transfer the payment to the given bank account stated in the confirmation email within 3 days. Orders shall be released if payment is not made within the 3 days.

Step 4
Send us an email to inform us that you have made the payment.

T&C

1. All items are brand new unless stated otherwise.

2. Serious buyers only.

3. All goods are sold in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and are non-negotiable unless stated otherwise.

4. Buying is at your own risk - no refunds and exchanges allowed.

5. All prices quoted are exclusive of postage charges, the customers need to bear all postage charges.

6. All items are subject to availability. We will inform you via email as soon as possible if the clothe(s) you ordered are not available.

7. Payment is required within 3 days from our confirmation email to you. After 3 days reservation, if no payment has been received, clothe(s) are automatically up for grabs again.

8. Priority will be given to the fastest payment.

9. Once orders are confirmed and payment is made, we do not entertain cancellations/ refunds/ returns/ exchanges.

10. We will make sure that all items are in good condition before sending them out to customers. Thus, we will not be held responsible for any damages or losses during delivery

1. We will mail your items within 3 business days of receiving your payment. We will keep you updated if there are any delays in delivering your items.

2. We will not be held liable regardless of any situation or damages incurred to the item(s) purchased.
